Who is the Beauty?

Saying YES to another DESIRE and stepping into my TRUTH. Is it true? Can Leona have even more Desires? YES it's true. I may not be the typical Supermodel that you would see in a typical fashion magazine. Yet...I feel like one. Why? Cause I recently got to walk the runway at the Vancouver International Fashion Week for my amazing friend Nikki Babie from http://www.nikkibabie.com. 


Woohoo! It was so much FUN! I am all about FUN and Experiences and Style! It was incredible. The feeling of walking out onto the runway and all eyes are upon you. Then to walk down the runway like you OWN it. OWN your own Beauty and Truth. Totally embodying your own truth. There is nothing quite like it. Then when you reach the end of the runway....there is the Paparazzi! Standing in my Power and slowly making eye contact with each and everyone. Time stands still. Turn slowly away and walk back to where you started. Knowing that all eyes are watching you. Ahh it sounds so easy. Yet was it?


Last year when I first did this I was petrified! Yet once I did it I felt amazing. And I experienced the power of leading others into their own truth. The young women modelling with me witnessed true feminity. The audience was given permission to come into my world of vulnerability and courage. It scared the crap out of me! That is the truth. Yet I knew by saying yes to this desire, I would grow. I would expand. I would reveal more of the true Leona. And by saying no, I would stay the same. Not a bad thing. Just playing small. And I knew I was here to play BIG.


So was this time any different? ABSOLUTELY. This time I possessed a KNOWING of WHO I AM. I wanted to have this experience for me. To stand in front of the world as ME. Leona. Brave, Courageous. Beautiful. Soft. Vulnerable. Leona. Simply a woman standing in her Truth and Beauty. Perhaps giving permission to other woman around the world to say YES to themselves.
