Hello Calgary Ladies! I have been sharing my wellness wisdom and experience globally for the last 14 years. I have led 32 wellness retreats thus far. I teach, mentor and coach women from around the world. I have just moved to Calgary and I wanted to share an afternoon with you a mini workshop and goodies. You will be experiencing some of my self love processes and techniques, proven manifestation tools, meditation, breath work, cognitive therapy triggers for reframing the brain, energy medicine, ancient teachings, new and ancient medicine.
We also have a guest from Kelowna who at the end of the afternoon will share her wellness products. You can choose to stay for this.
We will begin at 1 and end the workshop at 4. The investment for this portion is $44.
The wellness products will be on display yet those interested to learn more, the presentation is at 4.
There will be light snacks and beverages.
You need to bring your journal, an open heart and an open mind. You may also bring a friend or two. We just need to know in advance so we may plan accordingly.
Payment can be made via etransfer or PayPal. We prefer you pay in advance to hold your spot as space is limited.
