AGENDA THURSDAY BEGIN AT 3pm BEGIN EACH DAY WITH MOVEMENT, EITHER YOGA,NIRVANA AND FLOW SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE DAY BE IMMERSED IN MEDITATION, ENERGY TREATMENTS, FLOWCODE AND SELF-LOVE SESSIONS , SHARED ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE 4 NIGHTS/5 DAYS, MEALS DURING THE RETREAT, YOGA, NIRVANA AND FLOW SESSIONS,ENERGY TREATMENTS, SELF-LOVE COACHING SESSIONS, AND BONUS GUIDANCE/ENERGY SESSIONS DURING THE RETREAT **NOT INCLUDED:AIRPLANE OR TRANSPORTATION COSTS, TRAVEL INSURANCE, EXTRA COSTS OF TRAVEL AND PERSONAL EXPENSES **Note this retreat is limited to 10 DUE TO NEW HEALTH REQUIREMENTS** Transportation to and from the accommodations and the airport is included.
