TIME OUT!

Hello Ladies. This is something that I am always asking my clients. What does "SUCCESS" mean to you?  If you want to shift your life now, answer this. Then remember that you have the power to "REDEFINE SUCCESS".

For me "success" has been an evolutionary learning experience. At different points in my life success has meant something different to me.

After years of "learning curves", this is what I have discovered. See if this sounds familiar. As a woman (no offense to the men out there), success is a whole other game for so many reasons. We are just are not wired the same. The problem has been and continues to be, that women are defining "success" by men's standards. Which is always going to keep us out of alignment with our deepest hearts desires whether we like to admit it or not and if we do have any success it will be short term and we will probably get burnt out on the way there. Sound familiar?

Ladies, we know that we are good or even better than any man at getting things done. You know that you want to be successful and you do not hesitate to achieve your goals with discipline and persistance. Yet you do not have to reduce yourself to a functional machine of achievement. (Hint! If you do, your heart will be completely out of alignment and you will only have short term "man-made" measurable success!)

Ladies, you know that success is only worth achieving if LOVE flows fully in your heart, your body, and your life. I am not just talking about "LOVE", I mean love for what you do! Passion for what you do. What ever that may be, it must sing to your heart in order for it to be worth doing and being. So to do and BE this you MUST do what ever practices that are required to do to re-connect with your deep heart's yearning and energetic flow every day. Especially during a stressful day!

This is why I teach about the things I do. Such as connecting with your heart, breathing through your heart, placing your hand on your heart when asking yourself questions or making decisions and so many more techniques. These are all some of the ways to keep you in the flow of your heart's deepest desires.  I also teach many other techniques to get you connected to your deepest feminine side, such as feminine movement.

Now these practices take years to cultivate artfully. Yet with just a little practice you will notice how people treat you differently. Men and women are very attracted to your openness and radiance, yet also very respectful of your depth. I get told it all the time.

As you value your own deepest heart's desires and yearnings and breathe through your heart to stay connected and breath in the heart's of all around you, you will attract honour, respect and even worship from everyone. They will be able to feel the indestructible power of your loving and the vulnerable openness of your heart.

Your body will begin to become alive again on so many levels, if you get my hint.

From this place of depth you will begin to really feel your power and create what you desire to experience in your life.

In order to begin this process, I mean really begin this process. You will have to stop what you are doing right now. Completely release everything you think you know and LISTEN to your HEART. It has all the answers, all the wisdom and all the knowledge.

You might have to take a time out from everything you know to start this process. Are you not worth it? Why do you think I create opportunities for "time outs"? Why do you think I create the "Divine Beauty Experiences" or the "Self Love Intensives"? Why? Because I know, if you don't take a time out right NOW and re-connect with your heart and your desires and the love of you, that deep down you will never be fully happy or satisfied. Then what is the point. What is the point to this entire "experience" you call life?

Say YES to you now and connect with your HEART. You are the POWER! You are an Infinite BEing and it is time to get into the FLOW!
